Education
George is possessing a Masters Degree, an MBA in Finance and Banking from the now called Mzumbe University.
Job
George is employed by CARE International in Tanzania. He is Coordinating a microfinance program (VS&L) that is managed by CARE International and at the same time is a Project Manager for TUJIKOMBOE project, a CARE managed project that is working in Magu, Mwanza. The project is linking small farmers to markets using the concept of "let the markets work for poor".
George is also running his own company called Hisa Microfinance and Community Development Ltd. The Company is based in Dar es Salaam and is set to work nationally and internationally. Principally, the Company is conducting consultancies, training, micro-lending and managing projects in the areas of microfinance and enterprise development.
Family
George is having two kids, a boy, Henry (10) and a girl, Nakishandu (8). George was divorced by his wife and is now living with the two kids in Dar es Salaam. Children are schooling at Holy Cross Primary School, Henry being in class 5 and Nakishandu in class 2.
